Why support UCHI
Ukrainian Children in Ukraine:
UCHI is reaching out to you behalf of the Ukrainian Humanitarian Relief Fund (UHRF) to appeal for your support. With each passing day, the children of Ukraine (orphans, homeless and displaced or living with friends and relatives) face immense challenges. They live in uncertainty as the of as the conflict continuesing conflict continues. We are committed to provide them with a glimmer of hope, warmth, comfort and a chance at a better future.
We are proud to support the Warm Hands Art Camps, where these courageous children through Art Therapy begin to work through the trauma of war by expressing and confronting their feelings through creativity, finding solace amid their difficult circumstances. These camps allow them to explore the world of art, where their imagination knows no bounds. Every brushstroke they make carries their dreams and aspirations.
Ukrainians arriving in our Community through the Uniting for Ukraine Program:
Your generous donations also play a crucial role in enabling us to provide assistzance and support to Ukrainian refugees who have sought refuge in our area. With your help, we can extend a helping hand to those in need, offering them not only practical aid but also resources to help rebuild their lives. By supporting our organization, you directly contribute to providing avenues for Ukrainian refugees to find assistance, access employment opportunities, learn English, and foster meaningful connections within our local Ukrainian community. Together, we can create a supportive environment where they can thrive and find renewed hope for a brighter future.
However, we cannot do this alone. We rely on the generosity and kindness of individuals like you to make a meaningful impact in their lives. Your contribution, no matter how big or small, can help bring warmth, hope, and joy to these brave children. Your continued support empowers us to continue our mission of offering aid, building bridges, and fostering unity among our diverse community.
